Brian McComas FINISHED!

The video for “Good, Good Lovin’” is now finished, and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s not often that I get a chance to do something SO different, and I had a blast with everybody involved. I really do appreciate all the hard work the entire crew put into the shoot. It’s definitely a group effort.

The video will be hitting the airwaves soon, but you can check it out here if you like! Thanks again to the awesome crew!!! ENJOY!

Brian Littrell

Okay, first I have to make a confession . . . I am a Backstreet Boys fan and have been for a looooong time. There, it’s out! Hehe. So, when I got the opportunity to direct a music video for Brian Littrell’s first solo project I was more than excited. The piece is for his new single “Welcome Home (You),” and we shot yesterday at several locations in Franklin, Tennessee.

It was an overcast day with spurts of sun that ended with a big thunderstorm just before we shot our biggest setup of the day. But, after an hour of rain, we powered up the camera, wrangled all the extras and churned through the last of our shots. It’s going to be a great video, and I can’t wait to get into the editing process.

Brian and Leighanne, his wife, were SO great to work with. We laughed, we got wet, we traded dance moves. A good time was had by all! Hehe. I am constantly amazed that a job can make you so happy and can be so much freakin’ fun.

More to come as the video progresses!

Good Good Lovin’

I recently shot a new video for Brian McComas for his new single, “Good, Good Lovin’” and got a bit of a sunburn after a long day of shooting. But, to be fair, it was a gorgeous day and we had a GREAT time. This piece is very unusual as far as the b-roll story goes. We had some amazing actors who were true professionals and captured the song perfectly. I even took one of them home with me and the other was a longtime friend.

We also shot some AMAZING performance, one of the coolest I’ve seen in a long time. Brian’s energy was incredible, and we had an awesome time. We’re currently editing, and I’ll postthe entire piece when it’s finished.

In the meantime, look for Brian’s new CD “Back Up Again” from Katapult Records. He’s a super cool guy, and I can’t wait to do it again!
