Blake Shelton FINISHED!

Blake’s new video is finally finished, and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. Blake rocks in this piece and should totally be in movies! Hehe.

I recently finished up a video for Little Texas for their new song “Your Woman.” We shot the piece in Nashville at an old iron factory and the guys were GREAT to work with. This location was incredibly dusty to say the least (I like to say it was dust, but it was actually pidgeon poop), but that wasn’t the worst of it. We also shot outside in this small field where hundreds of bees were living. They didn’t seem to mind us shooting and just kind of buzzed around watching. All was one with nature that day and nobody got stung, which is always a good thing. Sending a band home covered in bandages is probably frowned upon. Hehe.
I really love all the music I’ve heard off their new album . . . so run out and buy it! You can also catch the new video on CMT or GAC!!

Just finished up the new Blake Shelton video for his new single “Don’t Make Me.” It’s an incredible piece, and we had a really good time shooting it. Blake was A BLAST, and I was once again reminded of how lucky I am to go to work and have so much freakin’ fun.
We shot the video in Watertown at Ruby Guidara’s prop warehouse. She and Sheila always do an awesome job with art direction. They are extremely talented and make magic happen right before your eyes. It’s really incredible to see a set come together and this time Ruby went above and beyond, allowing us to soak her warehouse from top to bottom with thousands of gallons of water. I won’t give away too much before the video is released, but you’ll see what I’m talking about as soon as the piece hits the tube.
I also have to mention the crew because they worked so hard, as always, on this shoot. There was a lot to do and they were simply AMAZING. There’s no way any of these videos would come together without everybody involved, and I really appreciate them.
As always, there was a lot of laughter, and I can’t wait to do it again! Look for the video in the coming weeks on CMT and GAC!
